I have always enjoyed driving but really my sim and messing around with Nords are pleasurable tools to explore VR, I am no hardcore virtual racer.

I do like the technical challenge of Nords, there are just so many places to mess up, and eventually you will unless you drive like grandma. So not only do you have to get good at knowing the places to be cautious you also have to learn to gather the car up after your own inevitable mistake. That is easier said than done! I have spent plenty of time bouncing off stuff in Nords trying to do both and it still remains a challenge.

I have added driving Nordschleife IRL, in something decent, to my bucket list, though I suspect it will be a while before I am in Europe again.

I tried out both the F1sr 2006 Ferrari and the Virtua Simulazioni Mclaren MP4-13 this morning.

I had to turn down the Main Level % even further for the Ferrari, it is a real bone shaker. I do get some weird graphics glitches across the screen with the Ferrari, which seem to be the camera position relative to the model driver, and some odd out of sync animation of the wheel when it is at full lock. The car drives exceptionally well and both looks and sound great!

I had no issues with the Mclaren MP4-13. It takes more driving finesse than the Ferrari or William FW31 and has much greater heave travel than both.

I really would appreciate a heads up when the One:1 is release @Nick Moxley!

    First I congratulate the work.
I wonder if the movement has balance, ie the central axis moves up and down?

    grateful

    - O
    Primeiramente parabenizo pelo trabalho.
Gostaria de saber se tem o movimento de saldo, ou seja, o eixo central se movimenta para cima e para baixo?

    Grato

Yes the heave knee moves up and down, I have the heave rod disconnected so this gives an idea of the movement:

Huh? all you are showing is normal 2 DOF movement. How does the 3rd motor actually help?

    Now I understand the mechanics.
Better is the feeling of braking?
It is possible to act both there and make a jump motion?
    grateful

    Original
    Agora entendi a mecânica.
Fica melhor a senção de frenagem?
Existe a possibilidade de ambos atuarem e fazer com que haja um movimento de salto?

    Grato

I am trying to show the heave knee moving the pivot up and down @bsft, a 2DOF does not do that.

This is un-powered with the heave motor rod removed, so it is possible to move the seat by hand against the heave knee spring. Normally all 3 motors work together for heave.

Yes 3DOF does allow for a greater mix of heave and other movement, like in this early test:

    Coins limit to download plugin?

    https://www.facebook.com/Cockpit-Dinâmico-V-anny-907583439316244/

Currently have a prototype with own plugin for capturing Game Stok Car.
I want to do test with xyes, but not with the plugin to one of the games:
    Rfactor I or II
    Game Stok Car
    Assetto Corsa
    P Cars or Formula Truck
You know tells me what the threshold for any of this plugin?

    --0rigi

Atualmente tenho um prototpo, com plugin proprio para captura de Game Stok Car.

Tenho vontade de fazer teste com o XSim, mas, não consigo o plugin para um dos games :
    Rfactor I ou II
    Game Stok Car
    Assetto Corsa
    P Cars ou Formula Truck

Sabe me informa qual o limite para qualquer plugin deste?

Surge is the force used to simulate braking and acceleration, see here for a basic diagram: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/dof-angles-forces.15/

A traditional surge table allows the simulator to move forward and back. My quasi surge is a little bit different as it is designed to move the controls forward and back relative to the user to simulate the haptic effect of surge.
