    14000 rpm is very fast and all changes of direction may damage the motor...

    Yes I agree with you but , this the max speed we can put more lower speed by controllers and I find some thread bar to actuators and have mani size diferent to improve the motor reduction, for me in special is how I can control the "feetback position ".

    You have a lot of torsional twist at the pivot joint and need a panhard style rod between the seat and base frame to control it, as you are loosing a significant amount of motion fidelity: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panhard_rod

    Something like this, with a rose joint either ends, fixed to the seat frame and then attached to a bracket on the base. What it will do is stop the seat rotating.

    Yeh your motors might go snap city too if you dont remedy that. What are you using as a pivot?

    A VERY thin diameter steering U joint from the looks of it.....I would swap that out for something a little bigger.

    Yeh the size is a little on the small side. Im just curious how its twisting so much. Even if its a steering u joint it shouldn't twist so much. I wonder if its loose and its slipping?

    Check the U joint first, If that's the issue, you need to fix that problem, Not add bandaids to it.

    You shouold still not be able to hold that in your hand and twist it. Do you have slop in your bolts holding it together?
