    Hello everyone.

Stumbled on this forum years ago and am just now getting around to making an account as I gear up to build a simulator.

I have been a simracer for a little over 4 years. Before that I was playing Gran Turismo or Forza until I finally got hooked on a real sim (iRacing.)

With my recent pre order of the CV1 I figure I may as well go the whole nine yards and build a 6dof. I'm watching you Silentchill.

Hi all, my name is marco
I am just start getting into racing simulation, and i have recently bought a thrustmaster wheel.
As i have this arduino sitting at home i thought i could make a hardware dash with some leds and display and looking into how to extract data from the games i discover this community.
I saw so many good project in here that i am already thinking to make new projects :))
Mostly for now i am looking to get some data like speed, gear, rpm, time and visualize it with the arduino, i have some coding experience before but this is mostly new for me.

    Hi all

Love the site lots of info here.

I'm Just starting out with motion. Im an electrician and built a few OSW's etc. So i thought id try my hand at a motion rig.

I Live in the middle on nowhere so I have not had a chance to try any motion rigs. Im currently reading up to help decide what to build. Im only interesting in useing it for Racing Sims. My thoughts are a 2Dof chassis mover with traction loss.

Looking forward to talking to you all about it

    Thanks Troy
