    Hi everyone,
I'd like to present you my 2DOF/3DOF/6DOF motion simulator DOF REALITY.

To tell straight out about licences - after production of my first kit I agreed with Dustin (@yobuddy) about licencing my simulators, including already released before Simtools 2.0. All buyers use chairs for personal gains.

Currently I offer two sets Plug and Play - HOME and PRO for 2DOF and 3DOF, 6DOF versions. They looks very similar, the difference is just in gear motors, CTC and power supply.

    Sets have characteristics as follow:
    Heel/tangage — 15 degrees
Max player weight allowed is 150 kg
    Linear velocity: Home - 0.20 m/s with 400N Pro - 0.50 m/s with 340N
Power parameters are: voltage - 110-220V, 350W to 800W depending on model. There is a possibility to choose power supply standard depending on country.
Total weight is 33 to 60 kg depending on model.

Sets are shipped with regural post and TNT without problems thanks to small weight and modular construction.

    it's good looking! :)
but the setup really needs heavy tuning: for example, @ 00:06 you can see on the screen big movements of the car and nothing is happening on the simulator.

In the Pro version uses a more powerful motor-reducers, so installed the crank with a large CTC, which allowed to increase the linear speed and the inclination.

It looks as if all the videos on you tube are the pro version, are there any of the home version?

For anyone considering this, buy it!! I built my own motion simulator 2 years ago with a ton of help from the awesome users here. I still made some mistakes and ended up with a heavy but under-powered rig with a little too much play in the levers. I was preparing to build version 2 when I came across Radioproffi's very economical kit. I bought the Pro kit which is ~$1700 shipped to US.

I was hesitant with using Skrill\wire for payment but PayPal doesn't support payments to Ukraine. Radioproffi checked out so I sent payment via Skrill and had 2 large boxes arrive less than 10 days later. I've built a lot of DIY and scratch built items but wow - this kit exceeded my expectations in terms of ease! If you can assemble IKEA furniture, you can assemble this kit. I had the complete kit built in less than 2 hours (minus controller, seat, and bass shaker mounting). Radioproffi includes the only tools you need - 1 crescent wrench and 3 hex wrenches. All of the bolts and nuts are in labeled packages. For what it’s worth, I could tell Radioproffi had fully assembled the rig before tearing down and shipping out. This meant everything actually fit ;)

As mentioned, the kit doesn't come with a seat, controllers etc. These items will take more time (and tools) to mount. The kit came pre-drilled with plenty of mounting points but still needed to drill new holes to accommodate every thing specific to my needs. Additionally, I needed to fabricate a mount for my throttle but this is true for just about every kit out there.

The Arduino based electronics package is totally self-contained and the wiring is dummy proof. The only change I made to the electronics package was replacing the rocker switch with an emergency stop switch under my joystick. Judging by the various pics above and on the web, it appears Radioproffi is refining the build so your version may be slightly different.

Keep in mind, this isn't a commercially produced rig so don't expect that level of polish. For this reason, you're getting a rig for about half the price of its nearest competitor (in the US anyway) and it works with Simtools out of the box.

But does it work? I’m happy to say YES – it works very well even with my 195lbs/88kg and 80lbs/36kg of gear. With that said, there is room to fine tune but I haven't got that far yet. I have experience with JRKs but haven’t dug into tuning the Arduino. More to come on this.

One note to Radioproffi : I'm not sure how practical this is but consider adding a heat sensor to control the speed of the fans.

A few pics of the final build along with a mess of wires:

Totally agreed, this kit is a nice opportunity to try pre-built motion, and stay with it in case you love it (like me). Besides, there are not so many commercial full-frame movers (in fact I can't recall any) with such compact design (I don't have a free space for such monsters like simxperience setup). The various options give plenty of room for truly custom built rig, in my case I was also amazed by its adjustability (had to replace wide seat with narrow sparco rev). Anyway, I was totally sold despite the lack of traction loss, now I have motions look alike I was experiencing

do you have to do any kind of tunning with the pottentiomers connected to the control box?

Thankfully, no tuning of the pots was required. It worked out of the box.

Interesting to see you have your camera mounted on the rig? Any issues? I've only used static mounts but everything works well.
