Do you mean that nothing happens if you turn on the Output Testing in SimTools and move the sliders, but the motors do respond using the JRK config utility?

If so then you have a configuration problem and need to post pictures of all your settings.

Simtools requires the proper ports to be selected manually, The utility does not.

I´ve checked the COM of my JRK all fine.
Is it maybe a problem, that Simtools is running in the tray?

SimTools is meant to run in the Tray.

I have asked before but can you please confirm that you have default profile axis allocations and if the motors respond when you turn on Output Testing in SimTools and move the sliders.

If that does not work please post pictures of all your JRK settings.

Here are the basic JRK setup instructions by @eaorobbie: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/playseat-to-2-dofseat.5401/page-2#post-56352

On the Input tab of the JRK utility you need to uncheck Enable CRC, check Never sleep and apply those settings to device. Check Reset integral on the PID tab and apply. You can refine the settings further, particularly the PIDs: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/practical-examples-video-tutorial-to-jrk-pid-tuning.225/

You are allocating over 100% total to the Axis Assignments in SimTools, with way too much given for just 2 assignments: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/axis-assignment-percentage-totals.120/

It takes time but once you have SimTools talking to the JRKs and everything works as expected in Output Testing you then need toi develop a motion profile, here is how you go about it: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

    Yes of Course.
First i didn´t know what to do, cause i have never done a Project like this.
Next failure was that i didn´t look for explainations.
After that i found something in the community but it still didn´t worked.
So i asked @noorbeast who helped me a lot with something i haven´t checked like enable CRC.

I always have this failure after ca,3 minutes of gaming. fail1.PNG
The Motor stops and wants to start again but without pulling the rig up it doesn´t work anymore.
