Hi there! A couple of years ago I did bought two SCN6 40 kg and 100 mm stroke version actuators. I built a driving simulator around them which I didn't use very often and now I've encountered a serious problem. One of the actuator have a noticeable power loss, and once it reaches a certain load it stops, while the other one continues to run perfectly. To avoid doubts I did tried another power supply, and I did switched the control board and it didn't make any difference on the "limping" actuator. When it has no load attached on it seems fine, but I can stop it even with my bare hands (which is impossible on the other one). I did open the actuator to check if it was everything allright and I didn't found any issue at all. The mechanical part runs smoothly and the motor's coils and rotor have no damage whatsoever. So, I'm asking here: did someone ever had some issues like this? Can it be repaired? Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

The two actuator are very hard to move the stroke manually even unpowered. I didn't noticed any differences. I asked the same thing Dyatic and they suggested me to reset the factory setting with the official software

. Just wondered as mine dont move at all, but mine are 100kg. i tried to use that software when i was trying to repair mine and it does a lot so a reset may help. didnt help with mine though as the broken one wouldn't connect as i blew the controller up.

I think just the same, this issue is not fixable with factory settings. I think there is something wrong with the motor coils.
