Hello guys, this is my first message, but it is already a long time since I read this forum, first of all sorry for English is not my first language, I'm Italian, so we come to the point, my idea is to build a 3DOF heave, like that designed and sold by simukit, then with 4 small 24v motors (120w), I would also like to add another motor for traction loss of entire cockpit including the monitors stand, it would take 3 sabertooth, too expensive for me, so I thought of using 5 BTS7960B and my doubt is, this Motor Drivers are able to handle 20A? or burn them to the first use? And otherwise what other motor drive could you advise me? I read this Tutorial: Tutorial 24v motor driver - where to buy
and I think the BTS7960B is the best compared to the price, right?

I have also prepared a short list of hardware parts, if you want to see if everything is correct I would be grateful.

    5x 24v 120W Motors

    5x BTS7960B Motor Driver H-Bridge

    3x PSU 24V 20A 480W

    5x Sakae 10K fcp22e

    1x Arduino Uno

PS: Sorry I can not post links yet, I hope you understand what they are. Thank you so much again. :)

Thanks for the information noorbeast, I even read this post, when I get 5 messages I show my current cockpit, and how I want to place the motors and the movement, however, from what I understand from a first reading the best are the BTS7960B 68A, I'll have to surely in deep study.

This is my current cockpit, I'm will show you in detail the topic of the assembly 4dof,

my idea is to create something similar to that by Willaupuis,

but with aluminum profiles 8020 as the rest of the structure, and with the right and left motors so as to reduce the height of the "box". I made a little montage, red lines are the link between the motors and the seat structure.

plus a base with one motor for the TL. What do you think?

I tried to look for BTS7960B 68A, both on ebay and on aliexpress but I could not find them anywhere, can you advise me where to buy them?

A good project and I'm sure that the basis of willaupuis will go on your current simulator
