it just looks like the box is full to the brim, and a lot of wiring. I really think mine is practically empty. Going to make my self look a dick, undo it, and it will look like that lol

@crammy clean work! So why you bought such a big case :p Joke aside, it's perfect. My wire is not done by myself, I bought the set from Ollie.

PS: and you have the SimuCube which is pretty smaller

If you have access to a laser cutter or a CNC, there may be someone in your area that will cut things for a fee, you can create the same enclosure that Granite devices sells. They offer the files for download in 2d format here......https://granitedevices.com/wiki/SimuCUBE_technical_specifications
Scroll down they should be the first two links, these are compatible with the mean well psu's.

Hey pit, may i ask a favor and have you blatantly label your build pics on this thread as an Argon build and NOT a Simucube, Believe it or not, if a DIY builder see's an argon build with the Rats nest of wires and dozens of components, He very well might get scared off, As i once did with the Old OSW setups.

in hindsight i probably should of just purchased the small acrylic box. My cnc plasma will be set up at work in a couple of weeks, so when i make my new rig, i may make a smaller aluminium one with the link that @bruce stephen just posted

For me as a non native speaker hardly to understand lol, just to clear it out I do not own an Argon build. The former set from Ollie is "similar" to the SimuCube and can be driven with up to 4 IONIs AFAIR.

Ah right...... Pre the SimuCube, I remember that now.....Ok sorry then, A slightly less confusing Argon build, but still a tad more complicated than the actual Cube.

@Nick Moxley that is an IONI-CUBE build. in between the argon and Simucube. it is basically the same as Simucube just not on one board. it can even run in simucube mode.;)

Yup and it needed a 2nd psu if i recall, and a Discovery board or something...... Big thanks to Granite for doing the cube....I can only imagine how many they've sold in the past year or so since the Indi campaign.

I think an OSW area, under the "Motion simulator Hardware" section, makes sense.
    Let's see what René thinks.
