Hi, which Arduino code are you using ?

IS mandatory question ... every code/sketch will use a different wiring diagram and settings .

is your arduino connected to your PC?
have you configured the right com port in SMC3Utils.ini ?
if not open it with a text editor at put the com port your arduino is using

Before you make any tests you should read the SMC3 manual first.

Your screenshot tells me that your setup is not rightly configured. The motor should move until the ForceFeedback Line (green) is in the middle position.

Again check your potentiometer without motor, just turn the pot and look at the feedback line, ideally you upload a video.

@djaysam ... now go back to the last successful step you had when you was making the motor move in both direction by rotating the pot manually and making the green line move up or down by hand ...

when @insanegr told you to connect the pot to the motor ... He meant to do that in a mechanical way ... so the motor shaft is mechanically rotating the pot shaft ... and they should both be matching in direction [that means the motor rotates to the same direction where the pot green feedback line goes ] otherwise you reverse the pot +ve and -ve connections ONLY ...

This is pot 1 for motor 1 and the pot center wire remains in the same pot 1 connection in the Arduino .

The final correct electromechanical connections gives you a good rectangle/triangle/ motion response exactly as the graph .
