Not a game but Medium is a brilliant 3D modelling environment and you can export assets for games or 3D printing.

Games depend a bit on on taste and if you have a 3rd sensor for full roomscale.

I tried Medium and Robo Recall.
Medium is really fantastic, loved it. Robo Recall...it's nice but seems already boring.

Sold the 1060 and bought a 1070 (1080 would be bottlenecked by my CPU).

Next... Sabertooth 2x60. Question: could I keep my two DPS600 or should I buy a new PSU?

That depends a bit on what style of game you like.

Go through the Oculus freebies and those on Steam like RecRoom, The Lab, Waltz of the Wizard, Google Earth, BigScreen Beta, Budget Cuts demo, Derail Valley Demo, Gnomes & Goblins, Senza Peso, The Last Sniper VR Demo, Nvidia Funhouse, QuiVr Demo, Trials on Tatooine, Vertigo Demo, VR Museum of Fine Arts and VRmultigames.

Once you get through that lot you will have an idea of what you may like and find useful in VR and can then ask again for paid game suggestions.

Thanks for the answer @noorbeast , that was a question from two months ago when I bought the controllers.
I must admit that I used the touch maybe less than 10 times, after the first days they lay untouched. With my new job I have very little time for playing and I almost totally use it driving in AC.
The few times I used the touch again was with Google earth vr

Since one jrk keeps giving me problems, I chose to move to Sabertooth 2x60, so I also won't have to limit motors to half their power in order to use them.
I hope to be able to make the switch for July, in time for my holidays because I have no motion now. And that sucks!

Cant say Mine nor any of the rigs ive helped with have to run their JRK's at 1/2 power. More than likely its PID related and incorrect settings exposing the issue even more.

What failed the main Driver chip ? Did you not contact pololu for a replacement ? I can assume you dont know anyone with a Hot air station ?

Jrks go full power, it's the motors that have to go half power not to burn the chips. 23Amp continuous is a bit too much for the 12v12 (12A cont. 30A peak)

I don't even know what an hor air station is... :)

I finally found some time to fix the jrk (once again) and I got motion again. How I missed it!
Just in time because today I also got my new MSI 1070 OC! I'd say it's about 30% faster than my previous 1060 OC. I couldn't go for a 1080 because my 4670k even if @4.4Ghz would surely bottleneck it. Anyway, I'm pretty satisfied with it: I can pump my video settings a bit in AC and maybe go for 1.5/1.6 ppd.

Next month I'm moving to sabertooth. Having to use the motors at 33% their full power is not fun at all...
2x32 should be enough for my motors that work at 23A. I'd really like some suggestions for what PSU to use with it.

Don't feel bad, I'm still running a 980 :D. I have used 40A 12 VDC LED power supplies from day one and they have been brilliant - never had an issue even running big motors for a 6 DOF (I use one for each motor). PC power supplies will work, but can be fussy will large impulses from DC motors which can trip them. Talk to @SilentChill - he moved on to LED power supplies on my recommendation and never looked back :). Obviously purchased new they can be more expensive then second hand PC Server Power supplies.

I second the recommendation for the LED supplies, they've been bulletproof for me so far as well. I've even been able to run two motors off of one supply and still trip the current limits on my motor drivers.

Thanks @SeatTime @Tim McGuire . Driving one Sabertooth two motors, don't I have to use only one Psu? I mean, one psu to one sabertooth to two motors.
I don't think it's possible to go from two psu to one sabertooth to two motors, or is it?

If you're only using one driver then you'll need to use one PSU only, you're correct.

    I'm using these ones:

    http://www.ebay.ca/itm/AC-110V-220V...hash=item236be66178:m:mnohYz4NZlT_Dq5l5lWNUMg

12V , up to 60A. Take the 60 amps claim with a small grain of salt though, chinese electronics are sometimes slightly overrated from the factory ;).

If you're worried about surge currents you can try also putting a small 12V car battery in parallel with your supply, or using a large capacitor/capacitor bank .

    That's exactly the one I was going to buy, 12V 60A 720W.
Have you got a pic of the wirings with the car battery?

I don't have one on me, but all you would need to do is connect the positive end of the power supply to the positive battery terminal, and the negative end of the power supply to the negative terminal of the battery, then just hook the motor driver up like you normally would.

If you think you need a battery, you may want to put in a switch to disconnect it from the system when not in use.

I have all 6 of my PSU's wired in parallel + a battery, all connected to 3 sabertooths. My PSU's are only 40amp but they seem to do the job with the help from the battery.

Thanks guys I also have another 12V battery from my Speed Triple so I think it could be good for the job.
