    Nice to see your rig in action, well done :thumbs

    In the video it seems the lever to rod angle is very acute, which is inefficient and strains the motors. About 40 degrees up and down from the lever being at a right angle to the rod is the most effective use of motor torque.

    The lever is just steel and it should be robust, like 6mm thick, the length of a lever CTC depends on the design, power of the motor, load to be driven and desired speed, use the SimCalc tool to get an idea of the physics involved: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...e-linear-speed-and-forces-of-your-design.270/
