Hardware malfunction? Not likely - here is why. I am able to move both sns5s in xsim conventer.

here is the pic of it with 2 scns found and running. I close x-sim converter and start SimTools. This is what happens. One com is blank, the other com4 is visible and the seat moves. So both scns are fine I guess

I define both coms in ST21 and hit save - than I restart ST21 and the blank is still on

Somehow I was successful to start both scns5s and fired the iR but ST stopped working - such a window popped up - so do you still think this is hardware problem?

UPDATE - It is not a hardware malfunction for sure - I downloaded new Lince 2.0 trial and it works flawlessly.

Select the "-" for interface 1.
Then close and restart SimTools and re-setup interface 1 for the missing SCN.
Click save and restart SimTools again.
    They both should center.

let me know how it goes,

I did it before - after some tries I am able to run both actuators with SimTools 2.1 but when I start iR ST 2.1 sort of crash and info pops up - program stopped. It works perfect with the newest Lince 2.0 by Logykal.

hi all.. first time poster so please if something is incorrect, let me know. I'm having issues with simtools 2.1 GAME MANAGER only.

For some reason i am getting the below error (see image), which i never had up until the weekend. No major changes to anything. SimTools Game Engine and Plug In both open fine and i can assign my JRK's and load DOF values etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled simtools couple times, but still have this error. once the error appears, SimTools_GameManager.exe deletes from the SimTools folder (c:|Program Files (x86)\SimTools\)

There are no issues with resources. Looking at task manager etc, i am not exceeding any CPU or memory (again, no changes to hardware and worked fine up until weekend).

Any pointer would be much appreciated.

What antivirus are you running @Ruckasroo ?
As it could have updated maybe?
Maybe try uninstalling your antivirus and then reinstall it.
My guess is its a "Adaptive learning" update that happened.
Others with odd problems have been told to reinstall the AV to reset the "Adaptive learning" client.
So that's what I would try.

ok everyone, I have been using 1.3 for a long time and love it, so I decided to buy a pro licence of version 2. I installed the new software and now my sim is down and does not move anymore. I am using smc3 and it still work just fine in the smc3 software but when I go into the new xsim 2, it does not work anymore. I used the same interface settings than on my 1.3 version???? please I need some help, I am getting a little frustrated. thank you in advance

Hi, did you download the new version of the games plugin you use? Plugins for 1.3 are not compatible with 2.0.
    Ciao
