I present my new simulators. They are for sale with the commercial version of SimTools.

The actuators are servomotors with reducer.

The characteristics are more or less these:

About 10 to 14cm of travel adjustable.

    Limited to 180mm/s maximum.

    40kg of force each actuator.

Very quiet, almost do not sound.

    They are irreversible.

    Cuatro.jpg

They have two potentiometers, one for the distance (from 0 to 14cm) and the other for the engine speed (from 50mm/s to 180mm/s), are next to the safety switch, can be manipulated driving.
A third potentiometer regulates the speed of traction loss.

You can disconnect and reconnect without losing the connection with Simtools.

    The models are
    - SV-2 for 2 dof
    - SV-3TL for 2 dof + traction loss

All components are oversized to prevent warming and looseness.
I have tested them in the last months for hundreds of hours, in sessions of up to 7 consecutive hours and with pilots of more than 140kg of weight.

    Maximum pilot weight
    - SV-2 140Kg
    - SV-3TL 110Kg

A review about the SV-2 has been done by RaceRay:

Impressive work. Good speed and it seems to be very quiet

nice rig. the 2dof moves good with a decent profile. the Traction loss seems a little slow. clean design ty for sharing.

    Thank Bruce.
The traction loss has a potentiometer to regulate the speed.
Here you see it at full speed.

Good luck :thumbs its a tough world out there. I expect you would have done your due diligence in regard to a business plan and your customer base. Always a balancing act for hardware - Ie Customers expectations/features/price/shipping costs/warranty/support etc etc vs profit - I always found software so much easier to manage even though the issues may be similar;).
