    Hello guys ,

Am on the edge of ordering an H2 from dof reality only for DCS although am so confused :

1-Is it practical ? Means can i finish missions effectivley with loops and barrel rolls in VR?

2-should i still consider the P2 instead although i wont be playing more than 2-3 hours 3 times a week?
I want to save this price difference for other parts (joysticks ,throttles...etc)

3-some people reports problem in vr recentering while in motion! Is there a practical solution for that problem?

4-thats the most important question for me ,should i better invest in just a non motion metal frame and spend that money on other higher quality parts (joysticks , yokes...etc)

I have the jet seat by gametrix and love it

I did my research and read all the forums post even in ED forums and have no experience with motion sims at all

Please consider thats the only affordable and practical motion sim
For where i live so its dof or non at all for me

    Please help me decide

Depends on your VR helmet. Generally HTC Vive / Vive Pro works fine when employing motion cancelling (attaching one remote to the seat). Oculus Rift however has some problems, depending on how much you roll / pitch.

I am in a similar position whereby I am itching to press the button on a P3, but really would just love to know how it feels. I play primarily racing games, although also spend quite a bit of time in FSX and ILS. From what I have seen from videos and flight the feedback you get is the feel of the flight model as you tip. Doing a barrel roll isn't going to have a huge effect other than the initial accelaration as you turn and perhaps the reverse when you level out. However in VR that may well be enough.

I have oculus rift , but from what i learned DOF doesnt use motion cancellation anyways , i think u need a manufacturer software for that as i understand ?!!

I asked DOF guys about that they said that i can mount the sensor to the rig and am fine , although i dont know how practical is that , dont really want to spend all that money and then get distracted by that problem specially that i just read on fb that oculus wont support motion cancellation anymore
