Hi everyone, newbie here and motion system.
Recently got a set of Mdbox nano 4 actuators from PT-actuator, with using simtools 2.4.

I have set everything up, all actuators works with pressing button on nano controller, but I can't make it move in simtools output testing, there are only 2 com port detected (1 & 7), both tried with no help, factory side seems cannot help me on it, so I try to ask here.......

And one more thing, I am using SC2 pro, I found that SC2 pro and the motion cannot work together, I can run SC2 smoothly, but it will disconnected once I fire up my motion.......

So many issues here, can anybody help me on some of them ? I am so sad with the situation now.....
    Thank you everybody.

Here are the photos that I can show for all of you now, it is mdbox with using nano controller, I can test the motion by pressing buttons on controller, but no response from simtools.

What else should I provide for better analyse the issue ?

Should be, PT-actuator told me to choose that option in pull down menu.

Today I test it in Assetto Corsa with practice session.
It works for many laps that I drive, but once I back to menu and start another session, the motion stop again.
    Is there any clues ?

Run the AMC configuration tool, and tell me what firmware version you see... perhaps it needs upgrade to v2.00...

Did you try to "open" the port to see if it connects to the controller?

Just follow the instructions to load the latest firmware... It won't open if you have old firmware.

    Check your spam folder perhaps...

    Anyway.

    Download the bootloader utility here:
    https://github.com/tronicgr/AMC-NANO_Firmware/blob/master/Firmware bootloader Utility 52.zip

and download and unzip the latest firmware from here:
    https://github.com/tronicgr/AMC-NAN...r/Latest_firmware/enc_4dof_AMC-NANO_v2_01.zip

To see the version of the firmware use the AMC config tool here:
    https://github.com/tronicgr/AMC-NANO_Firmware/blob/master/AMC_Config_Tool.zip

The config tool can be used to set some things like park position and speed and number of motors used etc. This tool was created to replace the LCD menu
