    Hello.
I live in Brazil, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, I have a G29 and a cockpit made from PVC pipes.
I want to expand the sensation when playing and for that reason, after a lot of research in this forum, I will start my project, with valuable information that I obtained here and my knowledge will build my first 2DOF.

    https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/sharing-cockpits-dimensions.6789/#post-193295.

I know little about electronics and programming, but with the help of this forum I will be able to solve all my doubts.
I also hope to make my contribution to this forum.
Thank you all for sharing the knowledge.
    Good luck...

    https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/sharing-cockpits-dimensions.6789/#post-193295.

    Boa sorte...

Which you use depends on the controller you plan on using.

I don't use either, my rig uses JRKs, but if I was going with an Arduino then I would use a Sabertooth. They are a bit expensive but pretty much bullet proof.

Sabertooth is out of my budget for now, I will choose the H Monster Bridge.
As I already have 01 Monster, I will buy engines that suit the power of the H 30A Bridge.
    Thanks.

Very nice to see another brazillian here. Im also starting my projects for a 2DOF Sim.

About the schemes, I believe that the second option is better, the MMs are great for it, but you will need to put some heat sink over the chips.

Another question is about the motor that you intend to use, im looking for one model with the possibility to insert a encoder.

    Hello Leonardo.
Thanks for the tips, I already have the sinks and soon I'll post the images of all my electrical and mechanical parts. As I mentioned I don't know much about electricity but in this forum I have already learned a lot. The MMs need to test as it was indicated to do, just need to find the programming for the arduino for the test.
The engines I will use will be these:

    https://produto.mercadolivre.com.br...cking_id=8de566ab-f2a1-4aa6-bde1-d20d33e8b415

I will try to make low-cost equipment, and then, if it gets better, I will improve, maybe I will do a 4DOF or 6DOF, but I need to understand everything first ... let's talk and exchange experiences here. Could you see your project?
    Good luck.

    -

    Boa sorte.

Bom ver a comunidade brasileira crescendo aqui.

Thank you so much! I'm still kind of lost in electrical and mechanical ...
    Could you see your project?
Would you have an easy MM test for me to do?

Use SimCalc (https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...e-linear-speed-and-forces-of-your-design.270/), it's a great tool and is helping me a lot. Soon i will be posting my own project here, tests will be started next month probably.

Good luck, i will be following your posts and BrazilianGuy aswell.

If you have any doubs with SimCalc, i can send some exemples, actualy the software itself is very self explanatory.
