Your thread needs to show progress of the rig until it is complete and ready for testing, because to qualify for a free license:

    • You must be building a true DIY motion simulator. (Not built from a kit or purchased from a simulator seller, a model simulator does not qualify.)
    • Have a unique build thread or Showcase in DIY Simulator Projects. (The thread should show some effort, which means it should show progress to the testing phase.)
    • Have been a member of the community for at least 30 days.

The motor needed depends on the design and desired performance, so use SimCalc to get your head around design Vs physics Vs performance: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...e-linear-speed-and-forces-of-your-design.270/

Did you forget caps on....those motor 25nm with the gearbox can carry upto 350kgs with 25Nm. that depends on the ampts you able to supply for the motors to carry any weight the heavier the rig the more ampts you use

the positioning of the motors are to far back. those can handle heavy weight its how you position the motors to counter the weight. im using swing gate motors and they handle up to 500kgs

automation gate motors are alot stronger look into them as they world wide available. could be your motors doesnt have power and had its days by the looks of it

the cost of one those worm gear motors will cover two 12v motors or even 3 if you lucky. gate motor companies supply the internal 12v motors not sure about you. but here in ZA they sell to public
