This is the configuration of simtools and the assignment of axes of nolimits2,
the code of the arduino is the SMC3 that is explained in this link: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...3dof-motor-driver-and-windows-utilities.4957/

    Hi,

Got interested in your project as you are using Citroen Jumpy wiper motors - the same as I have selected and now testing in a test bench setup. What I am interested in as a wiper motor always is a bit limiting,

    - what is your wiper arm length?
    - what is your wiper motor working angle?
    - are the motors heating up?
    - what are their maximum current draw in use?
    - how have they worked so far?

Thank you for taking time to answer my questions!

Hi, I will try to answer your questions, sorry for my English, I will use Google translator

    - what is your wiper arm length?
    medidas.jpg

    - what is your wiper motor working angle?
I have welded two screws so as not to break the potentiometers
    grados.jpg tope1.jpg tope2.jpg

    - are the motors heating up?
I played dirt rally for 90 minutes and the engines were hot, but without any problem, it is also important ground isolation https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/wiper-motor-mandatory-ground-isolation.25/

    - what are their maximum current draw in use?
the maximum current consumption in use, I do not know, the power supply is 33 amps, and it makes the motors working well

    - how have they worked so far?
The work of the motors and the simulator in general, is being very good, it is a simple model, easy to maintenance

    Hoi my name is martin,
I made a construction like yours.

My problem is the length of my levers ... not more than 3.5 cm. My weight is 110 kg.
May I humbly ask you about your weight in kg?
I your thread and the length of the lever. Would you give me any advice please? Now I know that my design is too strict for a platform engine. Do you think I could live with your measurements? Thank you very much for any kind of response!
    Greetings from Bavaria,
    ART FLY!
    Thank you so much !!!

Hi Martin, my weight is 80 kg, but my simulator has worked with 110 kg from my friend

My levers are also 3.5 cm, the important thing so that I can move you is to put the simulator in balance, so that the levers do not support the weight

My English is very bad, the idea that I want you to understand is this

Greetings and cheers with your simulator, you are almost finished Screenshot_20200801-162615~2.png

    Hola amigo Satbranigan :cheers

I hope you and your family are alright !!!

This weekend I will start the build of the 3rd dof. As your and my Rig are pretty equal - just in other material I watched already your 3dof YT videos. That is the way I like to do it.

If you have time please tell me some hints that you overlooked building the t-loss at your rig. Maybe some tips you have I would not think about concerning lever length, angles or else ?

I appreciate a lot if you have some minutes to give back to me.

On one photo you see how my MoSiRig looks right now, The other ist the lever I made ... soooo long that I have lot of cutting space :D

*I did the very first time welding in my life  I looks ugly but it is well tight !!!

Those from Satbranigan are Citroën JUMPY Motors. The Motors of ARTis MoSiRig are not in the market anymore.
    I hope this helps :thumbs

    @absyfadhel1

Hi, it is ARTi again ...

I think you should open your own thread!
    Because this is Satbranigans.

When you open a new subject / thread you can choose on top if you want a label - like QUESTION.
Even better would be to start your own thread in SHOWROOM forum-room. There you could put all fotos and thoughts and questions. The people in this comunity are awesome. They helped me a lot and the replies were mostly also very fast - and - very important encouraging!

Your rig looks cool so far. I like it. I do not know why it should not work with the motors I saw.
Maybe you should have a wider Plate sideways and to the front so the lever would need less power to lift and drag the steering iron. Also I learned that it is good to have the seat possibly right on the plate thet moves. You have the original RaceRig on top of your plate ... you probably loose 10cm in height which means more stress for your motors I guess.
I had that problem too. You can see the what I am talking about in my showroom - and suddenly my rig had a real powerfull kick even with the short motor levers I still use.

But still I would say please discuss the problems with your rig in YOUR thread.

Mine would be here if you are interested. But as I wrote before I have pretty strong 24 V motors.
    https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...-2x160w-sabertooth2x32-race-flight-sim.14822/
You can leave me a message when you have your own showroom and whenever I have time I will answer for sure.
But I have to tell you I am a new guy too. Do not expect to much of me

If I had success - You can have it for sure!
It is not easy to come by problems - But it is not too hard either!

    Greetings from BAVARiA,
    ART FLY :thumbs

I hope you would write the same @noorbeast @satbranigan :cheers

Hello, I have all the elements and I even have a cockpit that I made and I want to put this movement system on it, could you guide me how to program it or where to look for the programming step by step, thank you very much and best regards.
