I moved the motors to have a longer lever. the problem that the motors stop still happens c, I weigh 75kg and when there are stronger movements to one side they go down and detach because they can't get up (the lotori are those recommended taken from australia) while with my son 65kg they don't It happens. I don't know what to do anymore I see that everyone also uses wiper motors and they don't have these problems. helpooo

is there any setting in smc that I need to change to make sure that the motors when they go down have more strength to go up and therefore do not fall down and shut down?

Your levers are incorrectly configured, so are highly inefficient with respect to torque utilisation and will be placing a lot of strain on the motors. with levers the best torque utilisation is at 90deg, think of like pushing a door, at 90deg you can do it with your little finger. But trying to push a door from its edge is really ineffective. 38-40deg either side is the best range to use torque effectively, as over that it becomes really inefficient:

my problem occurs when the levers go down with a strong movement and the motor can't hold and detaches low

to limit the angle on which parameter do you intervene? on axis limiting?

looking good I realized that this is the right engine working range? but in the software where I limit the working angle of the motor? (axis limiting?)

Going down has to deal with inertia that includes the user's mass, so the design, hardware and settings must be able to deal with that.

On the software side the range should be adjusted in SMC3, with the at rest level position of the seat having the rods at 90deg to the rest lever. So adjust your SMC3 Max and Clip limits, and tune PID: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...driver-and-windows-utilities.4957/#post-48121
