Ok, i am finished. My 2dof performs perfect (for me) in LFS. For now i have Surge + Sway on 100 %
    and Heave on 50 %.

I had to reverse Axis1a. Now in LFS breaking goes up and speed goes down.
Also vibration on curbs. But just a little bit.

As soon as my seat is here i will put in on and then i think i will make some fine tuning on it.

Great. This Forum and his members are great! Realy.

I am very gratefull for all the help i get here.

BTW - If anything is realy finished and working i am going to make a 3rd axis for drift.

Will try another wiper motor and put a T16 Rod with basement on it. Maybe it is fast enough
    to give drift feeling.

I made a video but i have no Youtube channel to upload....not yet :) But i will and paste
    Link in here.

For now this is my nearly finished Sim! Tommorow i will do the rest work on it.

Be careful with Axis Allocations, the total should be around 100%, not 100% per DOF, see here for details: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/axis-assignment-percentage-totals.120/

The normal convention on a 2DOF is to pitch down (surge) on braking and pitch up under accelerator, this is what SimTools expects: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/which-way-to-set-simtool-axis-movements.230/

Your pending video will help members give further tuning advice.

Now that you are getting to tuning grab a a copy of the Simools manual and keep it handy for reference: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/rtfm-start-with-the-official-simtools-documentation.117/

There are also handy FAQ tuning tips here: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

Do you have pictures of your rig and details of the build process?

Just checking if you have finalised your rig yet and if you can share some pictures of it?

    Hi Noorbeast

yes i did have finished my Seat. But i have a couple of problems to solve.

First of all my motors seems to have not enough power and the second issue is that i am
thinking that the middle point of the weight of my construction is wrong.

I am falling to the front if i sit on the seat. But if i am putting it to far back the motors
do not have enough torque to hold.

BUT! I am actually building an actuator for testing purposes. I am leaning on the conception
of the SFX Plattform. But i try to make it as a cheaper version for everyone.

I am still testing on 100x100 aluminum profile but i will go down to 80x80 to reduce cost.

As i have plenty of work i do not have the time to focus on this. But i will find a solution.

I am using a regular Nema 23 with 3.0 nm. I know that this would not able to hold large
weights, but it is just for testing its function. If it works i will try 34 or higher nema stepper.
Position Feedback will be given over a 100mm fader. Maybe it will work.

Right now i am waiting for couplers coming from china. Cost per coupler 3.50 Euro from China
from Germany 25 Euro. So i decided to wait :)

But now wait a few mins. Pictures from my seat are coming.

    Greets
