I do think LED PSU or modified server PSUs are you best option, though that it not really your problem: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...ver-power-supplies-as-cheap-powerful-psus.54/

As per previous advice wiper motors are not really adequate for a full frame compact design with small inherent leverage, you need much more powerful motors for that: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/motor-2dof.15366/#post-207051

Shoulder mounts or foot mount best suit wiper motors, as both have a lot of inherent design leverage, something like this: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/shoulder-mount-rod-angles.149/

I understand that is not what you would like to hear, but unfortunately with small motors you have to compensate with increased leverage in the design.

Ok...you know from where can i get good motor? I mean from recycle? Like old car like scoter motor maybe?

An electric wheelchair is likely your best bet.

For a compact design ideally you want something around 200-250w, preferably with 60:1, which should give about 35-40nm torque, those linked have too little torque for a compact design.

I will check tomowro the car scrap and check the motors value....i must get more than 75rpm right?

It is not so much the rpm but the torque the motor puts out that is important.

From @Kieth's build the motors he used can at least drive a knee mount design, though it is not clear what the torque output actually is.

but if i put a spring in the back of the seat to help polling up will be better .. i want to know is this motor better then 12v wiper moter ?

the motor i use its moving but hard to move and i think this motor will make diffrent

The best advice I can give is that if you want to use weak motors then go for a design that has a lot of inherent leverage, like a shoulder mount, or if you want a compact design look for a motor of 50+rpm and more importantly 35+nm torque.

    Hello,
I'd a problem with my pc an so I need to reset windows and then I another time downloaded aoperation system and the software. Now I don't succces to connect Game Engine and Game Manager and I don't find in the game list the games that I'd made the plugin.
I remember that it's possible to substitute the pc without have a new license.

I have one good news and one maybe bad...

The good news that my motor now work great and can carry the weight.

The bad one is the motor goes very hot.

How can i reduce hot temp? Is it normal?

The motor is hot because it is being overloaded.

Reduce the load on the motor or find some way to cool it.

To reduce the load you can shorted the lever Center To Center (CTC) distance, or move the motor further from pivot point to provide more inherent design leverage, or you may need to do both to reduce the load to a sensible level.

ok i will try to do somthing for (ctc)... i found i method to make the motor cool down but i afride its may burn because of heat and air flow maybe burn i dont know if i right but can you look at this thread and tell me if its safe and helped?

If I recall there was a member who even resorted to water cooling some wiper motors.

But instead of buying stuff to work around a problem sometimes it is better to invest in an actual solution, which in this case would be more powerful motors.

In my country there is no dc motor saller.. and my motor now is great and can move easly but i care now for the temperature and i want to solve it... in conclusion can i make hole and put a fan on it ? i dont know what he put in the motor but i know only that he made holes and but air blower on it
