Question Need help.

Hi again, I have been using my DIY simulator perfectly during months, but recently I changed my motherboard, and I had to format my PC. I reinstalled the smc3 and the simtools, with exactly the same parameters I've used before formating. The problem is: the motors work perfectly in one direction (positive numbers in the tunning center), but when I move the motors in the opposite direction, it's like a big dead zone, the motors don't move until they arrive at some point, and move suddenly and with a lot of speed to this point. The smc3 works fine, and simtools work fine only in one direction, I revised the parameters and I don't see anything bad or different as what I had before.

Hi yobuddy, can you explain a little bit more your suggestion? I don't understand what you said to me.
The lenguage of the system can be the problem? My languaje for the system is Spanish(International).

I attach a capture with the non Unicode programs lenguaje changed and a Simtools capture, the red zone is the zone the motors don't do anythink, until arrives Surge to 16000 and in this point move suddently and with violence, very fast.

Yes, of course, I let it as you said to me. This problem begins with a change of motherborad, maybe must be something about the usb ports, or something like this, I did'nt make any changes. All are as before the change.
The smc3 works fine, in manual or sine o motion, works fine in all directions, but de simtools, have any problem with my new motherboard, I buy a new usb wire, I change 3 times the usb port, nothing works.....

Hi again, I still having the problem, I put English(United State) in the non-unicode lenguaje in win10, but don't work, do you have any other idea....I'm totaly loosed......
I put one thing bad in my initial post, the nunbers are being ingnored for motion is the positive ones,
in the tunning certer, betwin -32000 and 0 are ok, in positive, betwin 0 to 22700 are no movement and in this point(22700) recover the movement suddently.,

It's works!!!!!!!!! )) I had the 2.5 version, and with the 2.5.1 all work ok again! Thx very much, I was sure I had the latest version!!!
