    Vibro dynamics are much cheaper than bass shaker so I decided to try using them. I bought 2 pieces and started experimenting. First fixed on a movable plywood platform. As a result, I received very little vibration on the chair. Now I will try to attach it directly to the fiberglass chair.

    I fixed 2 vibro dynamics on the chair itself. Feelings have changed dramatically for the better. The vibration goes directly to the human body, the rest of the installation does not vibrate. The vibration from the motor is gentle and accurately conveys the operation of the motor. It can be used to change gears blindly. Now, in moments when the installation does not move (for example, driving on a flat surface), you still feel the engine work. Vibro dynamics, in addition to vibration, also emit a hum (roar) of the motor, which is very cool. They can be connected without software.     During operation, the vibrodynamics get very hot (impossible to touch). I had to install airflow on each vibro-speaker. Two fans blow through the holes in the plywood to the vibrodynamics. Now it is good. After prolonged play they are warm but not hot.

    I want to make a gearbox like this. I just want to add a reverse gear so that the lever is recessed.     I will tell you how I assembled the gearbox. Below I will post an archive with files for printing and firmware for arduino. So let's get started! You need to take two 625 (5x16x5) bearings, two M5x15 screws, four M5 nuts and the "Center block.STL" printed part. Insert two nuts inside the "Center block.STL" , screw the rest of the nuts onto the screws and tighten with the bearings as shown in the figure. The main thing is that the screws do not stick out in the central hole of the "Center block.STL"

    We print on the printer “Stencil.STL” and “Reverse_gear.STL”. Take 7 microswitches (20mm) and use screws M2.5 we fix them as shown below and you can already attach the wires

    Print the bottom “Bottom.STL ", cut a 100 mm long ventilation pipe with a diameter of 125 mm, take two long bolts (I have M8x140) and finally assemble and fix the gearbox. Do not forget to run the microUSB cable. Below is the firmware for arduino Leonardno. Arduino is defined in the computer as a game joystick . Button 1 - reverse, button 2 - 1st gear, button 3 - 2nd gear, button 4 - 3rd gear, button 5 - 4th gear, button 6 - 5th gear, button 7 - 6th gear. Button 8 is the handbrake. I have a cable with two wires (GND and pin 10) for the future (you can skip it if you don't need a handbrake)
