Resolved SIM tools wiper motor shaking

Hi I have smc3 configuration done and ewerytjing going good I think but when I on sim tool and try to test dof axis or axis a motor start to shaking
I use arduino uno r3 clone , H bridge BTS7960B 43A
, DC 12V 30A 360W model: S-360-12, linear pot 10k ~180 degrees

Smc3 work engine works non linear i think but diagram is correct

SIM tools axis testing slowly put axis to the left or right. But when I do this quick it seem work correctly
I change pots and engine wires I check all wires 2 times. Motor connect to the power supply works correct, pots on smc3 works is it motor controller!

What is PID settings sorry but my knowledge of technical English is bad

Any suggestion or starting settings? Thank Yuo for your help this thing is training me well over few days how it's possible to be wrong is it the yellow lines on the SMC3?

I see kd is helping a little but I have max and sim tools is shaking still but less. Any suggestion with way to go? I understand a little pip and I have sytuation when I grab pot and turn around manually i feel like motor is fallow and try to " be in the point" where pot is. I feel the backward forces braking and its not shaking i feel it working smooth. But when I grab axis testing bar and moving its unstable so far

Ok I'm so frustrating now and I do few days off but I have question but now I know Kp is the signal that try make sygnał right in time ki is the signal that bump the time to make correct signal but make oscillations and kd is the some kind of ki filter. I can't make ki more than 5 becouse of oscylations I don't know how much I can set any parametr but I know I have my signal stable in smc3 becouse when I turn pot manually o feel the forces that try to put motor in right position and this work i stability. All my troubles is when I turn in sim tools. I don't know why is so different and now I have some questions :
1. How is this possible that smc3 is so different signal that sim tools. I have settings in smc3 that make some difference but I don't know what parameter change?

2. Is the way I can check sygnal from sim tools in smc3 and how?

3. I replace arduino, pots, wiper motors, motor controller and still the same. Is it possible that make all wires together make that error? this is silly still becouse in smc3 is working but I can't anything that is possible?

4. For me important thing!!! In sim tools axis testing or dof testing ONLY LEFT SIDE SYGNAL IS BROKEN!! Why???
5. Maybe I can filter that sygnal in sum tools how? And what it does?

6. Is my arduino code is good?

7.is there a chance that when I change pot to hall sensor and wiper motors to other 12 v serwo motor that things will be working?

8. Does the regional settings or other settings in windows can repair my sim tools things?

9. When I put testing axis fast to the left, motor is off and I can't turn on it, also i can't in smc3 becouse there is messege there is no USB device

OK I put my sim tools settings my code my smc3 pic. I do few days off but I don't quit i will do this. For me it's so frustrating becouse my serwo 2dof work instantly and I have clear pot
I also find this film and I see if he put slider in one direction the motors are working and in the other they r stop so maybe it's a problem becouse I have one motor for now?

Smc3 works correctly and USB is off when I go axis testing and slide max speed to the left side. I will try another USB port maybe then or u recommended come thing else?

I have IP address on the upper right side is this incorrect then?

Turn on comp on smc3 utility tool and check. Turn off smc3.
Turn on sim tools and try axis testing and dof testing.
When slide to the left real quick motor is off and can't do anything.
Turn off sim tools.
Can't turn on smc3 USB device is not connected.

@noorbeast it's the answer. Administrative language settings. I change regional settings earlier, the administrative is the key, also in windows 10 its different than the tutorial i see u put windows 10 tutorial and this is good. Working well. Case closed. Thanks again and time for another step. And I asldo can't wait 3 days yesterday I watch all yt 2dof sim tools films
