I paid about $ 100 for one motor + $ 110 for the delivery of one motor = total 210 dollars per motor.

Yes, but I have 24V motors

    The correct specification is :
    Model____________Voltage(V)_Torque(Nm)_Current(A)_Speed(rpm)_Ratio_Power(W)
    89ZYT-WOG102122____24______22.5______ 25______75±10%___50:1___350

    Hi all,

I have ordered 2x 12v version. 86 USD per motor + 69 USD shipping to the Netherlands.

    @prilad

Can you provide a drawing of the levers that you have lasercutted? In autocad or some other program?

@Jeroen ... maybe you're asking for the CTC lever length ? not the actual drawing file ...
Because I guess they are just a 2D CAD drawing based on the dimensions of his motors holes and bolts dimensions ...
Then the laser just cut them in flat metal with the required thickness " you may search for a plasma cutter too " => cheaper ...

    Hi,

Those levers look very nice. Exactly what I am looking for. Have ordered same motors and I
don't want to weld on the shaft.

I don't remember where I saw this here on the forum ... But a bicycle crank arm is a good alternative

Just a bit concerned that @prilad's build thread is getting a bit hijacked, perhaps the lever suggestions can continue on a dedicated thread instead, as it has wide range applicability.

    Hi Prilad!
The more I look at your project, the more I like it :)

Maybe stupid question, but this design can also do a function of traction loss, am I right?

Hello everybody! :cheers I, after quite a long time, return to the topic of the car simulator. And in a few months (when it gets warmer in Russia) I will start assembling the sim according to the original kinematic scheme presented in this topic ...
    So see you later ...
