Test number 1. Got the inside right but will need to go to 90 x 90 to get full contact with the tube with the 3" PVC.
May even look into trying 2" PVC ?

Been going over the Sim with my Wife and I'm going back to the original plan. I will build the SFX-100 .
Its the size that is pushing me into it. Now I will start looking for a traction lose system for it

It depends on where you place the actuator, relative to the pivot point for the TL platform. The closer they are the shorter stroke, speedier effect but less details.

Been trying different slides. Now I have started trying one on my own. In the photo their is a small crosection of the new one. Wanted to see if it fit before printing the hole thing. We will see. The 100x100 was from eRacing and the STL's on SFX-100 will not fit, way off .On a side not I have used 2Kg. of PLA to get to this point. LOL

But I have 5 spacers and a mount for my boat that are good. And its all good.

Can't seem to get my head around Solidworks. Been using Tinkercad and that I can make work, but I'm slow with it. Got 2 books for Beginners and one more coming for Tinkercad. May it will be the one ?
