Thanks again but I explained it wrong. I have set it to +-40 deg from neutral position and it works Ok within this range most of the time but just after a while of driving under heavy breaking it just "fall" through the 40deg barrier to the very bottom and unable to return to the ange by itself

If your settings and PID can't stop the overshoot then you need to reduce the range, and as I suggested at the same time tweak your PID settings if you can squeeze out a bit more control.

Thanks for your patience. I was afraid of messing with PID but looks like there is no other way. Will do and let you know. Thanks again

PID is one of those dark arts, a bit like refining a motion profile, part of it is how you understand and go about it, but the other half is that it is somewhat specific to the hardware and design used, here is a soft entry (ignore the JRK specific stuff), with includes links to more technical aspects, depending on how far you want to go down the PID rabbit hole: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/a-laymans-analogy-guide-to-pids-pid-tuning.219/

First full lap! Still too excited to drive decently but rig looks like alive and working properly!

Great to see your rig in action :thumbs

It may be the angle but something looks a bit odd with sway, it should lean away from a corner and roll should be set opposite that.

Do you have heave configured, it is a bit hard to tell from the video?

Here are some tips on refining a motion profile: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

Thanks for immediate feedback. I may be stupid but I thought that I should configure Surger and Sway only in case of 2DOF rig. Are you saying I should configure all the forces for the 2 axis (2x interfaces) I have?

Even on a 2DOF configure sway, surge (simulated), heave (simulated), roll and pitch, it will add so much to the experience.

Follow the tips and initially do each axis individually, then turn them all on and tweak from there.

I've done quick config for five forces and it really came alive now.

After some refinement it looks it works ok without any lever drops.

After "few more changes/updates" I think I'm getting there. I hope the rig found it's permanent place. I had a very refreshing Assetto Corsa session yesterday and it feels "natural" to have seat motion, just adds to immersion. Planning to do some video to show everything working in the same time.
