Arduino smc3 problems

    hi all, Ive plugged in a potemtiometer to a1 and ground and 5v. on smc3 the green line is jumping to the top then bottom without me touching anything. is this something wrong with my board/pots or is it because i currently dont have my ibt-2 installed? im also using chinese arduino uno


    any help appriciated.

    ive just taken the pot off and the readnig is the same, jumping then falling for seemingly no reason

    thats a pic of the software. at the moment all 3 motors are doing it but theres only one pot connected atm

    The settings looks fine for me. you can try to change Fpid to lower the calculations and see if that would do something. You can also try an older smc version and arduino sketch.
    i also had some problems with a chinese arduino and changed to a original UNO R3
