    Thank you.

By the way I'm starting to design my profile so i can have a good idea if a 6mtrs 40x40 aluminum profile will enough for my budget build. Do you have any recommendation? appreciate it.

    6pcs - 520mm
    4pcs - 600mm
    2pcs - 240mm

I do not think this is the good design. You will have problems with fixing small parts where the motors will be. Check how I have made it. They are longer and go beneath both profiles.

If not too much may I know your design measurement, if you have drawing or sketch file to start very much appreciate it? Your design is simple and achievable for me new to this thing...thank you

Hey. Please check all the pictures of my build I have attached and study them. There are length i have used.
Also note that the positions are not fixed and were adjusted during the testing. So giving the exact those numbers for positioning makes no sense since you will have to position them to your needs.

Also note that he first pictures in the first post are photos of how was I figuring things out. I later posts you can see the 'final' product.

    Hello Sir,

I came up with this kind of base profile. based on your design study. What do you think?

    2pcs - 1180mm
    5pcs - 420mm
    2pcs - 320mm
    2pcs - 450mm
    total:
6000mm standard length of currently available here in our country

    footings (optional)
    6pcs - 40mm

Maybe you should use 80x40 profiles. Also you would need to have some custom parts for pedals and wheel deck. Foot are not very good because they are not adjustable. Check motedis.de site.
Also maybe this kind of rig could help you with fitting.

    Hello Sir,

I tried your CE3_Potentiometer.stl and it's big when opened inUltimaker Cura...I try to scale to 27mm is it correct scale?

    Thank You

I did not design this one. It is i think 16mm in diameter. GT2 20 pully. Later during the project I have replaced them with non printed one.

I am new to 3d print (Ultimaker Cura I dont know if it has a test diameter measurement...) do you have sample Stl file of that CE3_Potentiometer properly scaled? By the way I am using Creality Ender 3.

    Thank You
