    SMC3 must be properly configured and working as expected before messing with SimTools.

    You can't run SMC3 and SimTools at the same time, it will cause a port conflict.

    The SimTools Tuning Center shows game data, so that part looks fine, but you need to sort out your hardware and SMC3.

    because of the NET Framework problem i have completely deleted simtools and reinstalled all inputs and yes i have a signal my small test motor jumped from left to right in the game as well as in simtools when testing output
    the NET Framework problem appears but everything still works
    anyway i am happy that it works now i can go on and order the engines
