    hello everyone
I don't know how to control the operation of the motor through simtools. The motor didn't respond during the test.
My knowledge is limited, please help me, thank you.

My mother tongue is not English, so please forgive me.

How does your hardware communicate? If you can determine that perhaps @yobuddy could advise how to then interface your hardware with SimTools.

Thank you very much for your reply

My PC is connected to the motion control card through the network cable, then connected to the ancestral service driver through the data cable, and then connected to the ancestral service motor. Through the debugging software of the motion controller, the motor operation can be controlled, which shows that there is no problem with the wiring.

However, set network in simtools and click test, and the motor will not run.

The motor supports modbus, RS485 & RS232 protocol.

If you don't connect through COM, how to make simtools output signals through the network? Thank you.
