Other than the PSUs you know have all the core components and if you really wanted could start putting them together and test them out with a 12V car battery.

    Hello everyone!
    Started assembling the platform frame.
If anyone is interested, I'll post pictures.

On the third day, I prepared the upper platform, set approximately the upper point of elevation

I brought in a pedal, an office chair, for fitting without a cross.
I assembled an approximate wooden frame, used an extension coil as a steering wheel))

For ease of connection, I will probably use shields:

The power supply has arrived, I think it's enough for 4 motors. I connected it to check without load, the fans are very noisy. I think how to reduce their noise.

The process of building the frame is going slowly but surely.

I cut out Reactive levers on a laser CNC, they will be combined - two into one (this is if there is not enough rigidity). Metal used 8mm.

I got the same problem with my PSU (meanwell rsp-500-24) .
If you have fighter jet simulator they are perfect :grin

I managed to get my hands on second hand meanwell DRP-480-24 that is fanless.
maybe there is a larger version of that series second hand available.
    Or https://www.meanwell-web.com/nl-nl/meanwell-uhp-2500/
But these are very expensive and harder to get second hand.

NIce solid build:thumbs , will follow your build thread.

Hello! It's very nice that someone liked my Frankenstein`s monster :grin.

Regarding the loud fans on the power supply, even without load - I'm still looking for information on how to reduce noise without losing performance.
If I find something I'll post it here or in a new thread.

I disassembled the power supply there is a temperature sensor (KSD - 01F H 85C) at 85 degrees. The temperature of the components is clearly not 85 degrees.
Then why do the coolers keep such speed?

There is an idea to change the coolers to less resourceful, but not the fact that this will help reduce noise.

I tried to reduce noise by controlling the speed of the fans with a potentiometer.
that didn't work on my meanwell psu .
Power was cut off as soon as i put load on the DC side.
But I'm no electrician, so maybe it is possible.

Or maybe you could change the fan for noctua fan , they are very quiet .
    something like https://noctua.at/en/nf-a4x20-pwm

Thanks for the noctua cooling fan recommendation, but I don't think that will fix things.
Since most likely the manufacturer somehow supplies a certain voltage to achieve those revolutions that are currently available, and when a certain temperature is reached, the temperature sensor indicated by me will give a signal for an even greater increase in voltage. What will make the fan spin even faster

I got the same problem with noise on my PSU.
so what are you done to it? sorry I don't understand what you saying.
maybe some more insight on this?
    TIA

    Hello!
No, I haven't solved the fan noise problem yet. Above, I just described how the cooling system is working now.
