    Notice the old 2dof with traction loss in the background. I'm just pulling the cockpit off of that and throwing it on top of the new 6dof

    Yes I got a lot of inspiration from your build. I hope you don't mind.

    The motors and hall effect sensors were used on my previous 2dof build. They seem to have plenty of power and I know how to work on them now so just made sense.

    The motors are 24v 250w geared down to 75rpm.

    Paired up with the same 100a controllers you are using.

    I am powering everything with two 12v 69a hp server power supplies wired in series

    Hello. Do you have the phenomenon that when the motor is idling, the position of the hall sensor and the target is equal. When under load, the motor core is slightly depressed and does not match the sensor position in smc3

    i used the same motor and project 3 dof shaft "heave". when sitting up all 3 motors pressed down a bit not matching the position of the sensor.
    Another question is how does connecting the non-anti-interference wire and anti-interference wire to the hall sensor affect the motor? thank

    The projector is a BenQ W1070 it's input leg is 24ms. Seems good to me. I might have to upgrade to a 4k projector soon though. 1080p isn't cutting it anymore

    If your pulley is smaller on the sensor the feedback would be more sensitive or detailed. I had my old 2dof rig set up this way but I had an issue where the motors would start up in reverse, so now I just use equal sized pulleys.
