Showroom My Diy 2dof RC test then 2dof wiper motor diary

Not solved at all. Something crazy is happening. Yesterday when I testing those problem I run rbr from launcher and play replay becouse lack of time and don't want to seat and try stage all the time after changing settings in sim hub. In replay all telemetry works so I play replay, check is my bassherker via simhub works and is my gseat via simtools works. When reinstall simhub everything start working but.... On the replay. Today I start playing stage and sygnal to my motion rig is like muffed but on replay working like a charm. Wow why. Is replay sent different sygnal or playing online make rbr sygnal doesn't working properly? Is any way to check sygnal? Is the same like from rep?

Hi after summer I start with this belt tensioner on smc3 code. I have a question. I have 2dof on smc3. Do I neet to add another axis to this code, or I can use another interface?

I have vired all like on my 2dof and what is happened is : when I run Smc3Utils pots sygnal I going down with the signal like this

So the middle point is moving down when the signal is on it and don't returning to the center point

I try to connect motor to my 2dof and see what will happen and what I have is changing dorection when the middle point is reached but turning all the way and changing direction only. Maybe i can't write it properly becouse lack of English words bu I have film. :

motors include a roller.
S2 operation type
I see it's to weak for me. I have Pwmax 255 and don't have enough power to take belt. Is it posibble? Is it foult of smal torque? @noorbeast

I made my belt tensioner. Also add some cheap solution sliders (working well) I had a problem because on tests it often worked fine and when I hooked it up to the rig it started to go crazy. In addition, I tested several motors and it turned out that the motor without a gearbox even though it has 150 watts is not suitable for this. The biggest problem I had was a faulty usb card that I have on the motherboard. Some worked some didn't, so the worst. When I noticed my problems were solved
