I have been preparing to start building this project for a long time. At the beginning, I installed the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and learned how to fly a plane a little, I realized that I needed a more natural immersion in the reality of flight. After studying the work of other people, I realized that you can try your hand. First I bought 3 motors from car wipers, installed them on metal plates. I connected the feedback resistors to the motors using gears made on a 3D printer.

nstalled additional cooling radiators. It is necessary to put an insulator gasket between the radiator and the board,

Assembled the mechanical part. I assume that the motors will need to be installed at the back of the chair because there the lever relative to the hinge is longer and it will be easier for them to move. but first I'll try in this version

I think you may be right as the wiper motors may not have enough design leverage to drive the rig mass when loaded.

Hi, it looks like you are giving birth to a nice rig.
I'm currently designing mine, I am interested in following your build.
Have you already decided what software will connect the game to the motors?

Today I tested the installation. As expected, the motors turned out to be very weak, they worked only at peak modes, fine motor skills were not felt (((. I will put 250W 24V from the kalyaski

Hi radist07, thanks for the reply.
I ordered two wheelchair motors 250W 24V 75rpm from China
I googled kalyaski but couldn't find anything related to motors, is that a shop?
