Good day! made the settings according to your video tutorial. when I go to the Output Testbng tab and move the axes to +2, the motors turn sharply a quarter of a turn and that's it! No matter how much I pull the slider, there is no further movement. when I pull the slider to -, the motors do not move at all, they just twitch. Please tell me how to fix this

You really should do SMC3 settings specifically for your hardware, you will get better results that way.

That aside please do post pictures of all of your settings, when you have the time, as something is odd.

But in SMC3, the motors work correctly, but in SimTools they don't work. Do SimTools photo settings? Thank you for your patience

It looks like SMC3 is set to com port 5, but SimTools is set to com port 1, they should match, so change SimTools Com to 5:

Yes, I changed it when I rebuilt it. I have COM 5 there when COM1 motors don't work at all. I took the wrong screenshot, excuse me

when I make settings in SMC3, are they saved to the arduino sketch? After all, to run simTools, you need to disable SMC3 because they cannot both join to the same port

Yes the purpose of the SMC3 utility is to configure the settings, which are saved to the Arduino.
