Looks good on the video. It’s hard to tell what heave is doing but sway looks correct now.

roll would be the effect of the road tilting left or right. So if you are sideways on a hill roll will let you feel the lean of the hill. Sway is what you want to bump up if you want to feel the turn. So decrease roll and increase sway just a bit to see if that helps.

Also, notice that one of the turns, 0:51... I think I hit the little sausage curve there that why I tilted towards the turn for a second. The Sway feels fine to me.
Anyway, I turned off all the DOF and left the Heave DOF on. I set the Heave in all possible direction, like 4 different settings, one of them is opposite setting of Pitch, as you suggested... Still the same result.
I'm try to analyze the effect of each DOF. Is it true that the tilt of the road (tilted left/right) is simulated by the Heave or the Roll? Or is it the combination of both Heave and Roll? Just curious...

Roll would be the plane of the ground leaning left or right. Heave would be a bump up and down. The true feedback would be the seat moving directly up and down but we simulate it by tipping the sim forward and back slightly to give the feeling of the heave. So if you go up a curb with the right tire the rig should lean left. And vice versa.

Ugh! I'm away from my rig now. I can't do anything yet. I guess, I kind of misinterpreted the Roll and Sway affect. At one time, I did reversed the Roll direction and it corrected the sideways on the hill but it was leaning towards the corner. That's I put it back where it was now. But never thought that Sway has something to do with turning also. I thought Sway is just when I was going straight and moving the steering wheel left and right to have the affect of the Sway. I can't wait to go home and try all these setting you guys are suggesting now

Wow! I never considered that the sway is for turning and the roll is for plane on the road tilting left or right. Ugh! No wonder I was not getting the affect of these forces, when I was setting them one force at a time, because I was expecting different things from these forces. It is starting to make sense to me now. Thank you sir! Also, Thank you ChuckyP!

Now, that I understand how these forces related to the movement of my rig and the game, it's so much easier to detect what I need to adjust. I went home for lunch today so I can try some of these settings that you guys suggested. I think I got the setting corrected now. This is now the setting I've got. I know, I'm still over 100% on my total movement. I will fine tune it when I get back home tonight. Thank you so much for your time and patience helping me! Cheers!

At 105 axis total it will be fine, as it is unlikely all axis will be at their max values at the same time in anything other than a crash.
