    I believe this is a simconnect problem I think, as this is the only game that uses it and would explain why other games work but not this one.

    I just installed the msi file, I have not moved any .dll file to a games folder or anything.
    Is the game still using the simconnect that came with it?

    Have you manually installed any simconnect dll's files?(copy and paste)
    Maybe in the games folder?

    Completely removing, and then reinstalling the game, would reset the games end of things.
    But if its windows firewall or something like that, then you may not see any difference after the re-installation of the game.

    Thanks in advance for your quickr Reply!, sorry for my ignorance, im new to the forum, but when i try to download the plugin it says: You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action. do i need to pay a membership to download? in that case are you sure it will work with v3?

    Simtools v2 plugins are not compatible with v3, access to v2 plugins is via forum activity coins or paid membership package: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/coins-and-how-to-download-plugins.2/

    The alternative is wait until SimTools v3 plugin support is fleshed out in the new repository system.

    I have already completely removed and reinstalled it and the problem persists... I don't know what to do next...
    I have tried on simtools V2 and It works correctly after patch the game with the game manager (I know is not necessary, but if I don't patch the game it doesn't communicate with simtools, once patched everything works fine).
    I need to make it works with V3. But after try on v2 I remove the patch with simtools v2, I open now and install the plugin in v3 but again there is no communication between simtools and msfs.
    The antivirus and firewall is all disabled.

    Unfortunately I don't think SnowRunner has telemetry output available from the game.

    You could take a peek in windows add/remove programs, and see how many simconnect installs you have.
    It's the only other thing I can think of to be honest. We just need to figure out what changed since it initially worked.
