While you likely wish otherwise the short answer is that the MDBOX is a propriety system and while there was a work around by @Thanos for a while that has long since been discontinued, so that really leaves looking at workable alternatives: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/how-to-interface-an-sc-mbox-v3.17113/#post-228753

As it is proprietary software I hope somebody else may be able to advise as to who may be able to assist.

I have the MDBox NV3020E and I cannot get it to connect as well, set up the IP through FN 020-023 and then the host ip through FN 030-34, then the port on FN 024 and 025 and I still cannot get it to reach the UDP port as expected. Tested my network if I can get another machine/laptop to receive on the port and it is working as expected.

I have contacted Syntron, unfortunately I still have not got a reply. If I manage to see what settings are required to allow to accept data on a specific port, the other part would be easier..

Markus, I have the documentation for the controller and I will upload it here if anyone is interested into it.

After spending a lot of time and effort in understanding the platform I managed to create a software bridge that works with FlyPT Mover via UDP which works great without any extra hardware needed. If anyone is interested send me a PM
