Question Simtools and Aasd-15 thanos system

    Does anyone have or can point me to the link for the the setup manual for simtools and the Thanos controller system. I can't seem to find the manual to set that type of system up. with a 6dof hexapod system. All I can seem to find are one for the sfx systems and the 4dof with the traction loss and all that. I don't have a sit-down you know a strictly racing rig. I have a hexapod so I need that kind of manual to set that kind of system up if anyone can help me out

    Perhaps you might want to look at this for Stewart 6DOF platform. You can always forward motion data from simtools to Flypt for games not supported by FlyPT:

    thank you very much. Im posting my first motion test now. perhaps you can take a look and tell me what I did wrong? Its starting way to high. The end shows of 2nd clip the start height. please excuse the mess. the room has been nothing but motion rig work for a long time

    Perhaps you set wrong leadscrew type. Are your actuators 10mm/rev pitch leadscrew or 5mm/rev ??? 1610 or 1605 ???

    No I had my actuator set for 500 mm which is the length of my leadscrew but I'm not using that much, you know because of the linear bearing and all that it really only comes out to about 350. so that's why I was starting so high because I had it set to 500 mm, so I knocked it down to 320 and it's working just fine now but I can't get it to connect to a source in flypt mover. I edited the hardware setting and still . Im sure its because I just dont know how to use the software and I cant find a manual anyware for hexapod.. So frustrating LOL
