FlyPT Mover

Hi Smitty, what do you mean with you have to merge everything to a blank window? I also have the problem, that "Continue" doesn't open my mover file. Thanks!

If Open does not work, i found right-click..local file.. Merge was able to load the file. Start from a fresh launch (and hit Continue to dismiss the net errors) or even try local file..New to blank everything out first. One .mover file i had to merge in multiple parts by deselecting some of the modules and then doing it again for the rest.

I hope this can be resolved soon.

If you click continue and wait for the blank window to open, then wait for the continue window to open again. Selecting continue again will start flypt

Same here - hitting "continue" two times and getting a cup of coffee during the following 10..60s delay does the trick for me. However, I'll have to reconnect all sources & outputs and update COM ports to get it working.

I'm also getting the exact same error as those whom have already posted in here. Hopefully someone finds a fix soon!

a little workaround until this is fixed:

edit your hosts file with the line:

Code:

127.0.0.1         flypt.dynip.sapo.pt

You'll still have to 'Continue' thru some errors but it's much faster.
Obviously profile sharing won't work.
Be sure to remove this from your hosts file when the app is updated.

i just blocked the internet access for the mover app, in the firewall. same thing.

i have also the error, so the profile server seems down. if mover will not be updated in the future we can have new sources via the udp custom hook integrated in last mover version. i can write some code to add source not using udp . via mmf to udp or a dll to udp wrapper. if anyone has wishes please investigate about the source and connect to me. but thats not the best solution.

I hope he's doing well, it would be nice if the mover project could be continued.

Hopefully @pmvcda will chime in and give an update on how he is doing. I very much hope that all is well with him and this project has just been sidelined for now.

Is it just me or did at least the lag before error messages pop up disappear?

i blocked the mover in firewall for extern requests an no more lag before "click continue"

Hello all, i have a error 403 forbidden on lauch of ptmover , i dont touch nothing and before all was ok any idea please ..and btw i am on win 11 pro

hi guys...I have the error too but just press it twice and it works without any apparent problems.
But today I noticed something:
If I start SimHub before 'connecting', flyPt tells me it can't find the card even though it is there in the correct COM.
Just close Simhub and it connects perfectly.
If I start SimHub after connecting the simulator, the steering wheel buttons stop working and SimHub does not send telemetry data to the phone.
Do you think it could be linked to the FlyPt Mover problem?
