    How can I check how many degrees my sim can lean?

    It does not need to be perfect, so if your sim can tip about 20deg left and right, that is where i would start.

    You could probably use a phone app (that shows degrees tipped) or something to get a hard answer.
    But its not to important, its just a good starting place is all.

    The numbers that i see on the Tuning Center are expressed in degrees? +4.122 degree and -4.122 degree?

    Roll Pitch and Yaw are in degrees. The rest are in accelerations usually.
