I recently acquired a Prosimu T1000 5M SV motion rig that is approximately 1 year old. The previous owner is not willing to provide me any support or assistance so for the last two days I have been googling and watching videos to help get over the initial learning curve. In order to transport the rig I had to completely break it down and then reassemble which took quite a bit of time but now everything appears to be re-connected and from a hardware viewpoint "ready to go". Where I am struggling is understanding how to get games to work and recognize the pedals and shifter. The steering wheel is recognized and works perfectly. I have purchased licenses for for the games and I have a Steam account and an IRacing account. I also have installed and verified that SimTools Engine and Game Manager are configured and active.

    Here's my SIM rig configuration:
Prosimu T1000 5M SV motion rig
    Valve Index VR Rig
    GSI GXL Pro Alpha Wheel
Simucube 2 Pro Direct Drive Wheel Base
    Heusinkveld Sim Pedals
    Heusinkveld Sim Handbrake
    Heusinkveld Sequential Shifter
    Sparco EVO Bucket Seat
    Corsair Vengeance i7300 Gaming PC (i7 12700K, RTX 3090Ti, 2TB, 64DB DDR5)
3X LG 34WP60C-B 34-Inch 21:9 Curved UltraWide QHD (3440x1440) High 160-Hertz refresh rate with 1-millisecond Motion Blur Reduction
1X LG 27GQ50F-B 27 Inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) Ultragear Gaming Monitor with 165Hz and 1ms Motion Blur Reduction (this one mounts at the top of the monitor stand)
Next Level Racing Elite Freestanding Quad Monitor Stand (Carbon Gray)
Next Level Racing Free Standing Keyboard and Mouse Tray
ButtKicker Gamer2 Immersive Haptic Transducer w/ 90 Watt Power Amplifier

The problems I still have left to resolve are:
    1) The Heusinkveld SIM pedals, handbrake and sequential shifter are not available to use in any of the games I have purchased. Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa and IRacing.
    2) For some reason the Prosimu "yaw" is not working. I have tested and verified that Roll, Pitch, Surge and Heave are working. Makes no sense why yaw does not work when I test using SimTools.
    3) Using the VR headset is somewhat challenging. With the headset on I cannot figure out how to make any game selections. I assume I have to remove the headset and so I can see the keyboard and mouse.

I am I/T professional but when it comes to Simulators I am definitely a novice. Looking forward to getting over this learning curve and in the future contributing to this forum. For my first simulator, I probably purchased a SIM rig that is more than I really needed as a beginner but the "deal" was too good to pass up at 50% off retail.

All tips and techniques sent my way will be greatly appreciated!

I finally got everything working and configured. Once I realized that it was necessary to configure and calibrate all components everything now works perfectly. Now I just need to spend time in the rig learning how to enjoy the driving experience in various types of games. It was somewhat challenging to get the 3 monitors configured correctly but got it figured out too. The only thing I have not been able to do is get a 4th monitor working that is also attached to the PC so that I can use the PC without having to view what is displayed on the 3 monitors. Is that even possible? I have an extra display port available that the monitor is connected to but so far it only works if I disconnect all 3 monitors connected to the NVidia graphics card.

Google the specific model of your graphics card and how many monitors it supports, as it varies.

Well today I powered on the rig and then the PC and now I am not getting a signal from my graphics card to any of the monitors. They were all working perfectly yesterday and the PC has been powered off until today. Makes no sense.. I unplugged and reinserted all of the DisplayPort cables which by the way are brand new. I have extra DisplayPort cables so I swapped them out and rebooted the PC and still no signal to any of the displays. I tried unplugging all displays and plugged in the single display attached to the computer and still no signal to the display.

The PC is a Corsair Vengeance i7300 Gaming PC (i7 12700K, 2TB, 64DB DDR5) and the graphics card is GEFORCE RTX 3090Ti which provides 3 DisplayPorts and 1 HDMI port. The PC also has an extra DisplayPort separate from the GEFORCE RTX 3080 and if I connect to that port there is still no signal to the screen.

It appears my graphics cards are disabled for some reason. Any suggestion as to how to fix if I cannot even get any display to work so I can view the screen content?

Check the card is properly seated in its slot.

    Are there any error messages?
