test simtools+stepmotor

    I think 4 neoprene isolators would do the trick nicely.

    maybe mount then to a piece of plywood to hold them to the floor?
    being rubber they will bend and give a bit as needed I believe.

    I am confused with Simtool on this. The motion is 3dof, so only 3 actuators are needed indeed. Thus, such behave shown is expected. D-box 4-actuator rig somehow seems not show such behave, but I notice that their SW has a module for suspension settings.
    If you add those isolators to fix all 4 legs on the ground as well as angles, such restriction would result in a reduction of resolution and movement, wouldn’t?

    The isolators are rubber, once connected to the end of a actuator, you can still bend the actuator around up to say 40deg in all directions.
    It would simply keep it from jumping of the ground I believe.
