My sim rig works with arduino uno, But does not work with the new Elegoo uno r3. I have upload the smc 3 sketch to it and changed the com port, When i go into sim tools it shows everything like the arduino, But when i go to motion the motors do not move. I set all my settings the way I had the arduino set, I bought 2 boards and tried them both with same result. Screenshot 2024-08-15 115318.png

SMC3 is written for the genuine Uno. My guess is the clone Elegoo has driver related issues.

Curiosity question, on the product page for the Elegoo Uno it states "the ELEGOO UNO R3 BOARD now uses an 16U2 instead of the ATMega8U2 chip", so I am presuming there may be differences between Elegoo Unos, do you know what hardware yours has: https://www.elegoo.com/products/elegoo-uno-r3-board
