can someone tell me if it is necessary to use the original Arduino uno r3?

Some Arduino clones may have an issue, particularly those that require specific drivers.

A genuine R3 is the safest, but not necessarily cheapest option. A cheap clone may be worth a shot if you have other uses it can be put to if it does not play nice with SMC3.

if my smc sees my arduino and I managed to start the engine, does my clone fit or can there be further problems?

If your Arduino configures SMC3 OK and everything works as expected you should be good to go.

hi everybody. I received all the components to continue the assembly for the test, except for the belts, but I replaced them with a regular elastic band, the result is bad... at 24V, the motors turn on then turn off and you have to reboot the arduino, I tried to reduce the voltage to 19v, all without any changes...(then I turned on 12V, everything seemed to get better. I'm still running the test with one engine. what is the problem with arduino or does BTS not pull? arduino clone

Other members have reported issues running IBT2s at 24v, most report stability dropping the voltage a little, as you have tried.

Given you have reported issues could you please post pictures of all of your settings.

if I connect 2 24v 20A power supplies in parallel, will the output be 24v 40A?

at 12V, everything is ok, I start the suno and everything is ok for 15 minutes, it turns exactly how I connect the 24V lowers to 19v, the suno works for 2 minutes and the motor turns off

Are you hitting the SMC3 limits, which as a safety feature will shutdown, or is a PSU tripping?

the power supply does not turn off, the arduino or BTS turns off. to resume operation, it is enough to overload the arduino.

my configuration. BTS engine driver, wheelchair motor 24v 250vat,power supply 24v480vat20a,there is also a power supply 12v480vat40a,360 degree rotary hall sensor,I use a hall sensor with a belt drive of 60T to 30T.can you tell me where to start? I also noticed that the shutdown occurs with any SMC settings.
