    Hi Everybody,
    Today we are announcing the end of the free SimTools DIY license program. After 7+ years of running the program, it’s been deemed time to end the program. During this time, we have seen many awesome sim projects, and want to thank all those that participated!

    It takes both time and energy from both Xsimulator.net and SimTools.us to keep a program like this going, after so much time of keeping it running, we have decided to end the program.

    I would like to give a special thanks to @noorbeast for all the hard work he has put into the license submissions! I know it’s been a lot of work, and appreciate all the time you have put into it.

    hello, I just learned that you stopped the free license for people who made their own simulators.... I am very sad because I was not able to benefit from this advantage! I just finished my project after more than 2 years of work! My question is: could you give me a gift by offering me a free license for my work? thank you again for all the help you gave me to achieve my dream: creating a 3DOF simulator have a good day

    A question: Will the DIY licenses that were delivered remain active or are they deactivated?

    My question is if I format my PC and reinstall Simtool, will I be able to use the license for the second time?

    Hello, I am creating a 2Dof motorcycle simulator. I have almost finished the structure of the simulator, but I was only able to test it in LFS and it works. I want to test it in GP-bikes and I would like to get a license for Simtools 2 to do some tests and then, if everything goes well, buy the license for Simtools 3, the version to make a dashboard for the motorcycle simulator.     You can buy a DIY or Pro license here: https://simtools.us/licenses/

    The license is valid for both SimTools v2 and v3, with the latter being in the tail end of public Beta testing. You can install v2 and v3 on the same computer, using the same license.
