    Hi Guys.
I've built quite a few rigs but never one that includes motion. So I'm well versed with hardware and software although a newb with Motion.
Recently I was in the garage of an acquaintance when I noticed two rigs laying in the corner, dismantled.
Long story short I bought them both and am now trying to get at least one, if not both, working. They are in a right state, hastily dismantled for transport and essentially left in the corner unloved since.
They are "VirtualGT Pro II" rigs with D-Box actuators.

My intent is to make sure the actuators are working ok and then restore them to working shape minus all the expansive bodywork etc. Install some decent pedals/wheel etc

Right now I have one of them stripped to the base unit and in my basement, the next thing is to hook the controller boxes to a laptop and see if they work. The Controllers have an RJ45 connection running into a USB convertor box, so will try to hook to USB initially.

I would appreciate any tips before I do anything though... Simhub? Precautions?

    Cheers
    Marcus

Got the D-Box units working with the D-Box control app test mode.

Should I go straight to Simhub now for more extensive testing?

    Thanks :)
I stumbled across that saw the last update was 4 years ago and didn't know if anything else had been achieved.
No worries, the D-Box software seems to work fine.
