and also my 10 k potentiometers seem to not be linear instead of 12345678910 it seems to be 1 2 4 8 16

Please detail the rig you intend building, as design Vs physics tradeoffs greatly influence motor choice and placement, tools like SimCalc can help: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...e-linear-speed-and-forces-of-your-design.270/

Please be clearer about the issue and what you have or have not done in whatever context, as none of that is clear just yet.

24V 3A is 75 watts. That’s not enough power to effectively move a rig. Some are more efficient than others but set your sites on 6-10 amps. Often you don’t see torque in the motor spec but if you do think 30-40nM at least if most of the weight of your rig is on a Ujoint.

Those are going to be about twice your stated budget of $100 aus dollar, and if outside the USA you need to also consider shipping.

If you are looking for budget friendly but still powerful options then consider 24v wheelchair motors, which are available new and secondhand.

Coming back to my earlier comment, before you get too deep on hardware you need to clearly define the design:

    Nice job :thumbs

I am curious about the specs of the motors wrapped in plastic?

they are the reason im here there not powerful enough they have more torque in one direction than the other and their only 2 a 45 watt 24v

In that case may I suggest you can at some point in the future perhaps repurpose the use of your existing motors for a telemetry driven race harness: https://xsimulator.net/community/faq/harness-tensioner-simulation.361/

Depending on where you are in the world I suspect secondhand or new 24v wheelchair motors are likely an economical choice, given your existing foot mount design.

But given you mentioned $AU, if I presume you are an Aussie, then we have Motion Dynamics as a reputable and convenient local DC motor supplier: https://www.motiondynamics.com.au/

    Please see my earlier reply:

That said, you did not clarify where in the world you are located, as that greatly influences what is available at what cost!
