    ? do you plan to place monitors on to this frame too.
    if yes then the pivot may not be in the optimum location, ie you need to take the top frame, place everything on it that will be on the sim and place a pipe or something you can rock on, and get in and have some one move it back and forth until the balance position is found, then (just what i do put a mark about 10mm(1/4") forward of the balance point, I found by slightly loading the winches will removed any possible backlash in the gearing that may or not develop, which it didnt, as ,my frame was very light, 25x25x1.6 box section construction and no monitors.

    Sorry if you have done this previously(old age tend to forget things, lol), just makes the whole ride so much nicer.

    you dont trust the winch motors? why? They throw Historiker around no problem.

    Yep mine ran for 4 years and I sold the machine 2 years ago and is still going strong today.
